Structured Rules of the NFT Collection for Fund Protection:
- Purpose of the Collection
- Holders of these NFTs are entitled to emergency support in case of a hack affecting their crypto wallet on Cosmos SDK-based networks.
- An NFT owner can request assistance to attempt to withdraw any remaining funds from a compromised wallet at no cost, allowing them to retain what is still accessible.
2. Conditions for Assistance Activation
- The emergency assistance request must be submitted immediately upon detection of the breach.
- Assistance is limited to Cosmos SDK-based networks, including EVM-compatible networks within this ecosystem.
3. Limitations
- NFT holders must understand that funds already withdrawn by the attacker cannot be recovered.
- Assistance is restricted to transferring remaining funds, including staked assets, faster than the attacker, with no other recovery methods provided.
4. Assistance Request Process
- The NFT holder should contact a White Hacker with proof of wallet and NFT ownership.
- The request should include:
- The address of the compromised wallet
- Names of networks containing assets
- Proof of ownership (transaction and asset snapshots).
- After verification and confirmation of the provided information, the process will proceed.
5. Disclaimer and Responsibility
- The White Hacker does not guarantee successful fund recovery, as outcomes depend on various factors.
- No fees are charged by the White Hacker for this service.
6. NFT Transfer and Sale
- The NFT can be sold or transferred to another user, who then inherits the right to assistance.
- Assistance rules and conditions remain unchanged upon transfer of NFT ownership.
